Cookie Policy

An explanation of website technologies, platform settings and choices relevant to your visit.

1. What this policy explains

This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies relevant to the Umberton Kinetic website. It explains the difference between technologies needed to operate a storefront, optional measurement or marketing technologies, and the local controls used in the custom coaching sections.

A cookie is a small record that a website or its platform can place in a browser. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage and tracking pixels. Their purpose and effect depend on how the live storefront and its installed services are configured.

2. The custom coaching sections

The custom coaching sections use page interactions for navigation, animation, selection of preferred training days and the enquiry dialog. These selections are held in the currently open page. The sections do not themselves create a cookie, write form entries to local storage or install an advertising pixel.

The enquiry reference is generated locally after the fields are completed. It is not a tracking identifier used by the company across websites or a stored booking record. Reloading or closing the page removes the current interaction state.

The sections also use images and self-hosted font files served through the storefront file system. Requesting those files can create ordinary hosting requests, but the custom sections do not send your enquiry text with those requests.

3. Essential platform technologies

The hosting platform and active storefront theme may use technologies needed for security, delivery of pages, consent handling, basic preferences or other enabled storefront functions. Some are set by the platform rather than the custom coaching sections.

Essential technologies support an operation that the visitor has requested or the secure delivery of the service. Where a platform offers a cookie inventory or privacy settings, those settings should be used to identify the technologies actually present in the live storefront.

The presence of a storefront platform does not mean that this coaching page provides a shopping cart, account system or payment flow. Those functions should not be assumed from a generic description of platform capabilities.

4. Preference technologies

Preference cookies can remember a choice such as a selected language or a platform-level privacy preference. The custom training-day selector does not save a visitor's selections between visits.

A live theme or a separately installed application may introduce preference storage. The purpose, duration and available controls should reflect the configuration actually enabled. A preference that is not saved will need to be selected again on a later visit.

5. Analytics and advertising

Analytics technologies may measure visits or interactions. Advertising technologies may associate activity with marketing audiences or advertising systems. The custom coaching sections supplied for this website do not install either category.

If analytics or advertising tools are enabled elsewhere in the storefront, their use must be disclosed accurately and any consent or opt-out required by applicable law must be respected. An example category in this policy is not a statement that a particular analytics provider or advertising cookie is active.

No marketing consent is obtained by the local coaching enquiry form. Its required acknowledgement relates to the enquiry and the applicable terms, rather than consent to targeted advertising.

6. Consent and browser choices

Where optional technologies require consent, the live storefront's consent controls should offer a meaningful choice before those technologies operate. A visitor should be able to change a choice through the available privacy controls without being required to purchase a service.

Most browsers allow cookies to be reviewed, blocked or deleted. Instructions differ by browser and device. Blocking all cookies may affect an essential platform function, while deleting a preference cookie may remove a saved choice.

A legally recognised browser preference or opt-out signal must be handled where the applicable law requires it. This policy does not represent that every jurisdiction imposes the same signal requirements.

7. Third parties and duration

Platform providers and enabled third-party applications may set or receive information through their own technologies. Their role depends on which services the merchant has enabled. A provider should not be named as an active tracker without checking the live configuration.

Session technologies typically expire when a browsing session ends. Persistent technologies can remain for a stated period or until deletion. The appropriate duration should follow the actual technology inventory and the purpose for which it is used.

A future change to hosting, applications or measurement tools may change the inventory. This policy and the corresponding consent settings should be reviewed when such a change is introduced.

8. Relationship with personal information

Information obtained through cookies or similar technologies can be personal information when it relates to an identifiable person or browser. The Privacy Policy explains relevant information handling, requests and contact details.

Your exercise goals, phone number and enquiry text are not stored in a cookie by the custom enquiry dialog. Completing that dialog does not transmit a message to the company or create an advertising audience.

For a question about a particular technology, identify the page, approximate time and browser used if possible. Do not send passwords, account tokens or other confidential device information.

9. Updates and contact

The effective date and last updated date appear above. The policy should be updated to reflect a material change in the technologies actually used by the live storefront.

Contact Umberton Kinetic using the details below with a cookie or privacy question. The business can investigate its own configuration, while browser-specific settings remain under the control of the visitor and the browser provider.
